Why can’t I print from my Wi-Fi?

Problem: Why can’t I print from my Wi-Fi?

Solution:

*See if the printer shows up in your router’s network list, or try moving the printer closer to the router for your printer getting a good signal.

*You may need to add it to Windows’ list of available printers before windows will offer it as  an option.

In Windows 10, head to Setting > Devices > Printers& Scanners and click the Add a Printers or Scanner button.

In Windows 7, this is under Control Panel  >  Devices and Printers.

** Note: Printing a Wireless Network Test Report is the easiest way to check and see on printers. Go to your control panel and select Wireless Network test Report. This report will give you insights into connectivity, the units connected to the network, and the Network Name (SSID address) – from which you can see if your unit is connecting to the network.
