Problem: Low Ink Message / Replace the Cartridge?

Solution:

         Sometimes, your printer will give you a message saying you have low ink or need to replace your cartridge, even when you know you have enough ink. Perhaps you installed a fresh compatible cartridge full of ink:

*The print head may be clogged or dirty, and you can clean it out through your printer’s built – in cleaning cycle.

          * If you have a laser printer, you may be able to get a bit more toner out of the cartridge by shaking it from side to side, then re-inserting it.

           * Reset the cartridge counter.

           *Disable low ink messages.

**Note: you can turn off notifications by going into Advanced settings and enabling   << Do Not Show Me low Ink level Warnings >> and clicking “OK”.
